2. Hosting
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM, Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When you visit the pages, the server automatically stores technical data in so-called server log files: browser type and version, operating system, page visited, referrer URL, time of access and IP address. We need this data for the secure and error-free operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). It is not combined with other data. A data processing agreement is in place with the provider.
3. SSL/TLS encryption
This website uses an encrypted connection (recognisable by “https://” and the padlock symbol in your browser). Data you send to us cannot be read by third parties.
4. Contact by email or phone
If you contact us by email or phone, we process your details only to answer your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We do not pass on the data without your consent.
5. Cookies and consent
We use the Complianz plugin to obtain and store your consent to cookies and embedded content. We set technically necessary cookies on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and § 25(2) TDDDG. All other cookies and third-party content are only loaded after your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG). You can withdraw or change your consent at any time in the cookie settings.
6. YouTube videos
We embed videos from YouTube on this website. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. When you play a video, a connection to YouTube’s servers is established. YouTube learns which of our pages you have visited and may set cookies. If you are logged in to YouTube, YouTube can link your browsing behaviour to your profile. We only load the videos with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. More information: Google privacy policy.
7. AI assistant
Using the “Questions about Beowulf AG?” button at the bottom right, you can ask an AI questions about the band. Only when you send a question are your question, the previous conversation in the window and the page language transmitted to our server (n8n Cloud) and from there to an AI provider (Google Gemini, via the intermediary service OpenRouter, USA). We do not store your name or your IP address. To limit misuse (a maximum of 20 questions per day), we create a non-traceable check value from technical characteristics of your request, valid only for that day. Please do not enter any personal data. The answers are generated by an AI and may contain errors. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (answering your request).
8. Links to Spotify, Instagram and TikTok
Our links to Spotify, Instagram and TikTok are simple links. Only when you click on them are you forwarded to the respective provider, whose privacy policy then applies.
9. Your rights
You have the right at any time to information about your data stored by us, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). You can withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future. A short message to the address above is sufficient.
10. Right to lodge a complaint
You can lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
